HP announces apps and printers that don’t need computers

New ‘web printing initiative’ includes remote printing, apps and a printer with a built-in internet browser and detachable screen 

HP has introduced a new range of printers that talk directly to mobile devices and can be accessed remotely. The launch of the new ePrint platform gives each device an email address, and allows documents to be emailed directly to the printer for immediate printing.
