BMW has unveiled the Mini Scooter E, an all-electric concept vehicle that made it's debut at the London Fashion Week. Employing the model Agyness Deyn to make the introduction.
The scooter is an all-electric plug-in vehicle with a cable that can be plugged directly into a household outlet.
